How to use CampCard
CampCard is a fast family planning tool for camp days, school trips, sports days, and overnight bags. Fill in the practical context, then use the generated card as your handoff note and packing check.
What to enter
- Trip type: choose the closest fit for the day or overnight plan.
- Support need: pick the most important concern first, such as allergies, medication, anxiety, or swim support.
- Weather and water plan: these change the spare-clothes and bag-separation advice.
- Drop-off style: this helps CampCard decide whether the brief should optimise for fast curbside handoff, a bus situation, or a desk check-in.
- Optional note: add one short real-world detail you do not want to forget.
What you get back
- A must-pack first list for the items most likely to cause stress if forgotten.
- A bag setup section so the child or staff can actually find the right thing at the right moment.
- A short staff brief to reduce messy handoffs.
- Label prompts, comfort cues, and a small missing-proof section for forms or confirmation notes.
- A copy-ready text block you can paste into notes, messages, or printouts.
Good ways to use it
- Run it the night before and keep the page open while packing.
- Copy the brief into a message for the second caregiver or grandparent doing pickup.
- Print the page for overnight camp or multi-day club events.
- Use the result as a calm script if fast drop-off makes you forget key details.
Important limits
CampCard is an organising aid. It does not replace camp rules, school forms, medication authorisation policies, or medical advice. Always follow the organiser’s real instructions for medicine, allergies, emergency contacts, and supervision.
