CampCard is a lightweight public planning tool. This MVP does not require an account and does not ask for sensitive child records beyond the short optional label or note you type into the form.
What the tool does
- Builds the result directly from the form values in your browser request.
- Shows a copy-ready note you can paste elsewhere.
- Does not offer saved family profiles in this version.
What to avoid typing
Do not paste full medical histories, full addresses, or more personal data than you need. Use short labels and short notes where possible.
Operational note
If a school, club, or camp needs official forms, policy acknowledgements, or medication authorization paperwork, complete those separately. CampCard is only a planning and communication aid.
